FALL FASHION STAPLES
Some call it the “basic” season, with so many fashionistas and trend setters settling into layers, felt hats and everything pumpkin spice.
I call Fall an opportunity to have a reset. To edit, reevaluate, dress and shop with intention. But with so many options out there, it’s hard not to get lost in the chaos. When you get overwhelmed, the best thing to do is: STICK. TO. CLASSICS.
I have partnered with TheBay.com to bring you some of my top choices this season, starting with a very classic look and a wardrobe staple: DENIM.
Who doesn’t love a good jean? I decided to start with a brand we all know – Levis. And because straight leg is always in style, I went with that. I paired it with a simple blouse tied at the waste (I chose high-rise denim because it is the most flattering on me, and I can pair with tops like this easily). I love the look of classic booties, although I could have swamped them out with my combat boots for an edgier look. Lastly, one of my GO-TO’s is a biker jacked. This one is cropped and fits my short torso so well (its also the softest and most “movable” vegan leather I have ever come across).

VEGAN LEATHER WEATHER
Literally every retail store is FULL of vegan leather options. Pants, skirts, dresses, blazers ALL VEGAN LEATHER. I am currently loving the crop pant in vegan leather – paired with a sweater (a sleeveless one in this case), it is literally screaming your Fall Fashionista name.

Another pant to consider is the wide-leg vegan leather pant. I love how long your legs look when you do a high-waist wide leg. I paired mine with a blouse for a work look, and topped it off with this hat for some serious “Emily in Paris” vibes.
